A Quick Note About Tree Branches...

You may have some concern over tree branches on the lines, and their potential to interrupt your cable or internet service. If the lines become damaged and your services are negatively affected, we will come and repair your service. We do not charge for service calls. However, we do not trim trees or remove branches. It is the property owner’s responsibility to maintain their property, which includes trees/hedges and other foliage such as vines. If you experience any service issues, please promptly contact customer service.
