Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Answer telephones
  • Quote service information and pricing
  • Process new residential accounts
  • Process changes to existing accounts
  • Answer billing inquiries and take payments
  • Troubleshoot cable, internet and telephone services and equipment
  • Schedule installation and service appointments for customers
  • Send correspondence to customers
  • Communicate with Service Electric partners in reference to accounts
Qualifications and Skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Must work evenings (12 pm-8 pm) and weekends

Systems Administrator

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Server administration
  • Monitor datacenter health and respond to hardware issues as they arise
  • Help build, test, and maintain new servers as needed
  • Maintain internal infrastructure components including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, VOIP phones, smart phones
  • Support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments, perform security updates
  • Interact with other teams to assist in troubleshooting and provide technical support when needed
  • Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups
  • Provide help desk support for end users
  • Ticket system tracking and logging of issues
  • Update and create documentation
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent experience
  • Experience with or knowledge of desktop and server operating systems; current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization Hyper-V and/or VMware, networking, VPN configuration, packet sniffing/network diagnostics, HTTP traffic, application support
  • Experience in project management, project documentation, application maintenance and integration
  • Experience with SAN and Failover Clusters (Specifically Microsoft Hyper-V)
  • Expertise in supporting, analyzing, and repairing large-scale distributed systems
  • Creating storage volumes, assigning to servers and remote replication
  • Knowledge of Windows and Unix system administration
  • Experience with Windows 10
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory
  • Experience in a multi-domain environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of Apple iOS operating system
  • Knowledge of Cisco IOS
  • Professional certifications
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Able to lift at least 50 lbs

Computer Programmer/Analyst

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Develop, modify, and maintain applications
  • Code and test programming for in-house software programs
  • Create and maintain VB, HTML, and ASP programs using Visual Studio .net
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Maintain and troubleshoot applications/databases
  • Develop and maintain application and system documentation
  • Work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Debug code for existing programs based on immediate need

Qualifications and Skills
