*The Emergency Broadband Benefit (“EBB”) was a temporary FCC program to help eligible households pay for internet service during the Covid 19 pandemic, and was replaced by the Affordable Connectivity Program (“ACP”) December 31, 2021 and remains in effect. Eligible customers can be enrolled in ACP. Eligible households receive monthly discounts of up to $30 (for ACP) (up to $75 for households on Tribal lands under both programs) towards the amount charged for residential broadband internet service, after any other discounts are applied (discount applied via monthly credit within 1-2 billing cycles). Programs and discounts are subject to change. ACP benefits are non-transferrable; one per household. A household is eligible for ACP if: (1) it qualifies for the FCC Lifeline program; (2) at least one member of the household has applied for and been approved to receive benefits under the free and reduced-price school lunch program or the school breakfast program, including through the USDA Community Eligibility Provision or; (3) it received a Federal Pell Grant during the current award year or; (4) it receive benefits through the special supplemental nutritional program for women, infants, and children (WIC) or; (5) it has income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Eligible households may receive program benefits from any participating provider and may transfer the benefit to another provider at any time. Program discounts may be applied to any post-paid generally available internet tier. The ACP is a long-term program but will conclude if and when funding is exhausted. You remain responsible for monthly payment to Service Electric. After ACP ends or you are de-enrolled from ACP, Service Electric’s regular rates apply. See sectv.com for current regular rates. Service Electric Internet service is subject to the SECTV Residential Customer Service Agreement (or Internet Customer Agreement), Acceptable Use Policy, and other policies. All application and eligibility decisions are made by the FCC. For more details visit: https://www.fcc.gov/broadbandbenefit
